CONSORCIO INDUSTRIAL® has a long experience in designing, fabricating and field constructing solid and multilayered wall pressure vessels, reactors, towers, columns, steam drums and pressure parts for HRSGs to ASME U2, U or S stamps. This experience qualifies us to undertake construction of the largest and most complex vessels in carbon, alloy and stainless steel, including clad or weld overlay (WOL) requirements.
Heavy wall vessels constructed by CONSORCIO INDUSTRIAL® are designed to work at extreme operating conditions and can be shop fabricated weighing up to 300 tons or transported to field in major sections, according to local clearances and project requirements. Our heavy manufacturing facilities have enabled us to become one of the leading builders of heavy wall reactors for the oil and chemical industries.
No matter the complexity or the size of your pressure vessel, CONSORCIO INDUSTRIAL® will take full-integrated responsibility for the execution of your project. We have shipped single piece equipment from our workshop as heavy as 300 MT. However, for equipment beyond transportable dimensions or weights, we coordinate and design heavy specialized transportations to site and fully erect/assemble the equipment in field, including all required workforce, equipment, stress relieve, testing and final coating.
CONSORCIO INDUSTRIAL® provides partial fabrication services to third parties, requiring of pressure parts pre-fabrication and/or assembly in our workshop; as for example, plates rolling, plates forming, plates or sections heat treatment, large-scale machining, and other services.
